Junk Free June for The Junction Works
Are you up for it?
June is ticking away but its not too late to start - give it a go
Invest in your health while investing in others!
Junk Free June is designed for everyone to be involved.
Take part as an individual or in a team.
Get behind a mate who is already Junk Free, help them to get their target.
Junk Free June is for everyone - staff, clients, familiy, friends ... the more the merrier.
All funds raised will support The Junction Works new Health and Wellbeing Program. The program has been designed to improve the health and wellbeing of young people and adults with disability living in Sydney's south west.
Some examples of activities that you can do:
1. Select the 'Junk' you want to give up during the month of June
Smoking
Fast food
Alcohol
Chocolate ............. pick one or all of them
and/or
2. Commit to an exercise activity
Walking for 30 minute, 3 times a week
Walk the kids to school
Wear a pedometer and count your steps aim for 10,000 steps a day
Park your car 10 minutes from the station and walk
Walk to the shops instead of driving
Ask your family and friends to sponsor your Junk Free June activity during the month of June.

ALL DONATIONS OVER $2 ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE
RECEIPTS WILL BE ISSUED AT THE TIME OF YOUR DONATION

The Junction Works
The Junction Works is a not-for-profit organisation offering a broad range of innovative services for people with a disability and their families and carers, young people at risk & disadvantaged communities in Western Sydney since 1987. The four service areas are Disability, - Youth, Community & Children’s Services The Junction Works has a pool of experienced and dedicated staff as well as an exceptional group of volunteers and supporters.
